If you're maging, its obvious that Runecrafting robes/gloves and swanky boots give the best magic gear and magic amulet and a staff, not sure which gives the highest bonus, i think they all give the same, but different defense bonuses

 

If you're ranging, you might use a leather body, coif, and green dragon hide chaps and power amulet.

 

If you're meleeing, Corrupt Battle axe, Monk's Robe Top, Green D'hide chaps, and strength amulet.
