whats the best settings to render on sony vegas 10 for runescape for BEST youtube quality?

I'm sure 9 and 10 will have the same render settings.

 

  • Save as type: Sony AVC (*.mp4;*.m2ts;*m2ts;*.avc)
  • Template: Internet 16:9 HD 30P - HD
