In F2P Mini Wars, if Dungeoneering is turned off, does that include Tome of Frost? Ive heard from many people that Dungeoneering Off only includes Gravites, and that I can use Tome of Frost because I dont attack with it. Is this true?

It improves your magic defence and attack significantly, and is after all a dung item. Dung off = tome of frost off. My two cents :)

If I ask the opposing clan if I may use an item which gives me an advantage against them, I highly doubt they'll say yes. But considering Im 64 combat, and I already have to give up my Gravite Shortbow/Rapier, people dont really care. I guess the safest option is to ask.

Dung Off meaning no dung items. It makes sense that Tome of frost would not be allowed. Just ask the other clan if you want to double check though.
