What forum to purchase?

Have never set up any forums before, I would like to know how, any guides or ideas? We are going to purchase one not use Zetaboards. I was thinking of vBulletin anyone else got anything better for less money? Thanks!

IP.Board is probably your best bet.

 

There are free scripts such as SMF, or phpBB that you could consider.
