Aight this is why you dont join pure clans. Your IP is not under discretion, and you will get keylogged. Somehow I got hacked and some idiot sold all my PK supplies R.I.P Acc. Someone on PW or in Outrage hacked me but whatever got your IP.

also pretty ironic how my posts get simultaneously deleted on PW overnight as I get hacked when I log in for my first time today. Weird.

If you got the IP that last logged in, get it scanned on some forums.

 

Although you can't get hacked just through someone having your IP. You either clicked on a Java Applet, downloading something, or typed your password on a phish site. Sorry about your loss though. :/

serbia its called a keylogger idk i either clicked something but honestly, after what Foe has done with my facebook, and CP atomic ddosing us and my posts ghosting randomly idk man i dont underestimate the type of kids/adults kids on PW and in clans have this happened when I joined Foe too.

No one can get hacked by someone have their IP address.

 

In order to get keylogged you need to have gone on a website and downloaded something (whether willingly or not, as there are things called drivebys but I won't go in to that).

 

On another note, it really sucks to be hacked. Did they train Defence or were you already Level 11?

You really can't get hacked with your IP address unless you clicked some sort of link. If you are new to pure clanning then i'm guessing you clicked something through an IRC PM, a Ventrilo or TS PM, or a Youtube link. I think they have a account security guide somewhere on these forums but don't quote me on that. Be on the look out and be more careful next time.

Change IP's, don't tell people your new char name, go anonymous for a while, try to not upset too many people and don't click on links.

I feel your pain bro, getting hacked feels creepy, as if your personal values are being exploited :(

 

but with hacking can come rebirth. Whenever I got hacked for my bank, I always got a bank 2x bigger within a few months than it was last time XD

Sorry for your loss, but yeah as karl and sean said, you cant get hacked by someone knowing your IP.
