Horrible Appeal, But Good Enough For Jagex?

So a while ago I was Muted for "Offensive Language" due to using an Auto Typer to advertise for a Dice Hosting ClanChat. A player reported me for Free Mod Pointz and I was muted. I went to appeal for my mute with the most pathetic appeal I could possibly think of, and what do you know, ACCEPTED.

 

 

 

Just goes to show you how much time Jagex really does take viewing offenses and taking the time to consider banning someone or not.

 

On a Side Note, I still have an appeal pending from July due to being Reset for Botting. It is now coming to the end of September.

Really Jagex, Please, by all means, take your time.

Jagex does need to improve on their customer service programs and, they need to stop lying and saying they have people reading each report. If they want to have people reading each report they would need to hire like 100 people just to do that all day.
