I never got attached to RS, it was always more the community that kept me here. I've played WoW, CoD, MineCraft, but none of them really got me "addicted". It was more phases then anything. I'd go play whatever game my friends would go to.

Personally... I think you play for the same reasons as everyone else.

 

I think you know your clan won't be #1 and you know you won't get a promotion, but you like to think something might happen. With an attitude towards it like that, saying you only log-in for clan stuff, every once in a while... I think that's how you know you won't get promoted and with a clan that keeps you around although you hardly play or get on only sometimes for clan events... I don't think that's good leadership. They should push you to be more active, or they should boot you.

 

You have to think about these things... Everyone has a reason to play or not to play.

when you go pking, at least back in 05/06, you never knew what you would find. it was new and exciting and refreshing everytime i spent an hour in varrock buying enough supplies and scrapping just enough to go out and pk. Throw in a couple of close friends and it's a blast. Or am i wrong?
