You remove the layer with the to make it transparent.

 

Or you could just use a color selector in PS to pick the BG of PW. I use Paint.NET and went ahead and did it for you, here's an 800x800 block of the color you need:

I've noticed with CS5 if you try to make an animated gif with a transparent background it doesn't work out and the colors get all distorted. It only happened for me once I got CS5, never in CS4.
