Anyone else been lagging alot more than normal?

Ever since the so called "bot nuke" Rs has been alot more laggy than usual for me. On today's pk trip I was down to 3-5fps for alot of the time.

 

Is anyone else having issues? :mellow:

I've been lagging like crazy, lately. I can't even pk without getting a 10-20 second delay from lag. It's ridiculous. I want to know what the issue is, honestly.

hell yeah it sucks but put your CPU usage on HIGH in the options it works.

I have been, get random lagg spikes, when i normally never have them.

 

Wat happened is i used to play ont he lowest detail possible now jagex took that basicly out for this update.

 

Also they update Rs so frequent to make it harder for bots its actually just causing the real players more problems than help.

I thought it was just me. I'm getting long loading screens and there are a lot of people that are just lagging out after a war at Gamers Grotto. Right after you finish the war and go outside it hits the loading screen and you just log out.

Don't click your quest tabs or run through any loading screens this weekend, or you could miss the entire pk trip.

 

 

 

 

Jagex broke the game, maybe if they don't fix it I can finally quit lol.

I read into it a little bit on RSforums and found a few topics regarding it by the tech support team - Jagex basically said there is an error in the coding due to the bot nuke, but that they are looking into it and said essentially a game without bots with a few bugs that can be fixed is better then a bug-free game full of cheating.

 

 

It takes me ~15 minutes to even load the login page, it's rediculous.

I lag all the time and now loading screens take 10-20 seconds instead 5 like it used to.
