Following yesterday's trip where MM ended 5 minutes in to do inners due to their **** pull, we didn't expect them to be able to compete today, and unfortunately we were right. We set out with around 80 people from edge and maintained our opts throughout the trip, ending with about 72 people after 2 and a half hours of epic feasting. MM moved their trip times back to avoid us, so we feasted on the fleas that have been pestering us lately, TLP and Z, as well as a few other clans. Once MM came out, they teamed with Zenith in every single encounter we had, as they used the same teamcape and stood side-by-side in multi daring us to fight them. After dominating them, both alone and with FOE, we stood at a neat 1.28 KDR despite being 2v1'd, while MM sat at 0.77, and Zenith at 0.72:

Eruption of Pures vs Zenith

After changing the rules at the last second in our prep a few days ago, followed by more cheating and flaming, we warned Zenith there would be consequences, and generally when we say that it means theres ******* consequences. The first of our many slaughters of Zenith today took place at gap, where they foolishly rushed a few of our stragglers, so the rest of our fall in charged up and smacked them all back to edge in roughly 30 seconds.

Next on the agenda was TLP, who had a mighty 58 sign ups from their week long topic to kill us. We scouted them between vents and mossies, and rushed into them, as they unexpectedly attempted to put up a fight. We pushed the back into a lava pocket and began mass koing them, at which point they gave up and ran into single and those who could logged out.

Our old pals Zenith headed back out, and we scouted them at the maze of all places. We logged out at newgate and stealthily charged in, leaving them completely unawares as we dropped many kids as the rest tried to run north and log out. We mopped up their remaining and logged out on top of them, but after about 10 minutes sat in lobby waiting for them to pick a world, we got bored and decided to go kill someone else.

This was probably the funniest fight of the day. We changed our cloaks to green and heard NPO were dd'd south of gap. We rushed in spamming "we are royalty" and they thought we were WAR and began to fight back, 30v80. Needless to say it was soon over.

We still hadn't banked once this whole trip, but we heard that TLP and NME were at sperm hill, and we couldn't resist. We logged out to lobby on sperm, and logged ontop of the fight. TLP saw us logging in, and terrified they began to run towards single. We chased them down and k0ed many of them, before realising that NME were sniping us from behind, so we turned around and k0ed them as well. After clearing the battlefield, we thought we would finally go bank...BUT THEN:

Seeing as Zenith were also coincidentally fighting on sperm hill in another world, we couldn't pass up an opportunity to continue to hammer the nail into the coffin. Again we hopped on sperm and logged on top of the fight, unfortunately Zenith didn't realise until it was too late and we killed most of them before they could get away. WAR regrouped at ghost hut, which was in our path to the bank, so we walked down and killed them, and their second regroup at the chaos altar gap. Sorry for the crash WAR, but can't get enough of Zenith :D

An hour into our trip we finally decided to bank our loot from the half a dozen or so fights we'd had. MM were finally coming out so we were hoping they'd put up some competition, but our scouts got word that Zenith were at MM's homeworld buying MM capes at edge, and we knew something was up. MM stood at gap and told us to come at them, but the cheeky lilguys didn't mention that Zenith were waiting at dwarves, but luckily we knew ourselves :P. We stood in single for a while deciding whether we could win this 1v2 70 v 110, and eventually deciding we could, we headed out to corp.

MM rushed us at corp, and the fight began. Zenith stayed back as MM wanted to see if they could clear us without their help, unfortunately they couldn't. We stayed northwest of corp and dropped any MM that ran around the north side, and sensing blood in the water we pushed onto the corp entrance and got a great ko unit going on their dd there. We had about 60 remaining compared to 15 or so MM, at which point Zenith rushed from the east. We knew we could win this fight, so we continued, although as MM began to mass return from canoe we found it difficult. Conviniently at this point, FOE came in to AC the fleas off our fight, and together we smashed Zenith to bits at corp. MM's regrouped rushed us north of corp, and we pulled it towards piper, not wanting it to turn into a return fight next to the canoe.

Despite MM + Z being in the same teamcapes and us and FOE in our own cloaks, the fact we aren't retarded allowed us to get better piles going and we quickly mopped up both clans from the battlefield.

We were without prayer and with low food, but as we headed down to bank we heard that Zenith had a regroup north of mossies, and we couldn't resist. We rushed them at the lava strip north of mossies, and unfortunately for us MM logged in on top of the fight and began a 2v1 against a clan with no food/prayer. Realising it was a pretty silly idea, we called our boys to dip from the fight and prepare to feast on MMZ again.

The last MMZ fight of the day started with us rushing Zenith west of corp. We easily slapped them out of the wilderness, at which point FOE logged in next to us, and hearing that MM were also coming, we dipped to piper to get a regroup. MM and FOE began to fight east of mossies, and we allowed the fight to go on, until we heard that Zenith had canoed back up and began a 2v1. Returning the favour to FOE for Ac'ing our earlier fight, we rushed back towards mossies and directed our attacks at the MM on the northeast side of the fight. Again, us and FOE pulled back and sniped kids out, as the stupid MMZ continued to get dragged out of us and get koed by rangers. We sensed that MMZ were starting to get low on opts, so the call was made to pull out scims and charge back south at them, and doing our best to avoid each other, us and FOE cleared the rest of the MMZ from the battlefield, and went our seperate ways.



Well after over 2 and a half hours of non-stop action and fun, we hopped to w106 at corp hearing that MM were at mossies. The second we logged in they logged out, and deciding we cbf with anymore cat and mouse, we decided to end our trip with a bs fest. Thanks to the clans we fought in the first hour of our trip for the fun, thanks to MM for showing why you are no longer even close to #1, and i really hope it was worth it Zenith :)
