LPC's comming back?

Now that botting is gone do you think lpc's will come back?

For example when DY and Malice were lpcs and pulled like 70 in pcl era?

(look by the unregistered hyper cam thing when he puts his mouse over peoples names the highest levels were like 70-75.)

Discuss.

Honestly, I very much doubt it. Rather than making people want to train their accounts legit, the bot nuke has just influenced people to either stop training and quit altogether or buy accounts. Either way, I don't see any particularly "fresh" low level clans opening up any time soon.

Would be refreshing to see it happen though and anybody considering opening up a low levelled clan I implore you to do so.

What would be excellent to see, however, would be more clans opening with 1-20 defence requirements or 1-10 defence requirements. Would help the community so much as from my own, humble experience; most of the people with 30 defence+ seem to be near-brain dead.

The way that Pure clanning has changed, level 70s are now considered low level pures to many people/clans. Knowing that, i think that LPC's might come back, but in a way of everyone being around 70cmb average. I can't see a clan of anyone lower than that attempting to compete today.

No, we tried to stay low lvl, e.g. 60-65 minus combat.

Every other clan that called themselves low lvl had at least 1-2 lvl 90's in mith/addy.

Like 4 low lvl clans died as we went up forcing Enemy to go up.

Tbh my own opinion is that if they even do come back it will be a few years, new people need to come in with lower accounts and people are always getting hacked banned etc so they would have to make new accounts. But I don't see anything anytime soon.

The question you asked is dependent on how you judge a low level clan.

Examples

November 07 Low Level Clan - Epidemic

June 11 Low Level Clan - NME

The two pictures above prove the 2007 concept of "low level clans" can be upheld in 2011 and be a success. However, due to lack of leader experience clans that attempt to be truly low level don't succeed. An example ; Resurgence had a combat cap and were similarly levelled to NME when we first opened but they couldn't handle the pressure of competition that have ALL the advantages and inevitably closed.

It is ridiculously difficult to make a low level clan in the same vein as Epidemic, The Dreaded, TGG(mid 07), Malice, Ascendency, Absolution these days because the competition that will arise is full of addy and 90+ combats just to get that extra advantage. I myself made sure we wern't stuck in that trap ; hence the huge expansion of NME that has taken place in the last few months

Low level clans have been morphed beyond any other concept in the pure community at this point, clans such as Integrity had level 95+'s in addy and probably an average combat of 80+ yet still called themselves low level clans. For this reason, I truly think NME was the last "low level clan" (as in, 50-65 capped pretty much) that will actually make an impact on the pure community.

tl;dr - nope, LPC's won't come back

it will take time for new players to enter the game. had jagex banned all the pures that got 100+ dung and all 99s then i would say yes, those players might make new accounts. But it's all speculation. If it does happen, it will happen further down the line.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
