Since you can autocast spells now without a staff, all the commonly used staffs were given a 10% hit boost.

 

Meaning using ancient staff (or another boosted staff) will allow you to hit at 110% of normal hit.

 

Ice Barrage hits 30.

 

30 x 1.1 = 33.
