Winning a fight when you've effectively massed up a group of random people from various clans is all good, but the "woohoo, our family pulled together for this win" factor isn't there. Take this by no means as an attack on what you guys are doing which is really beneficial for pure clans, but more of friendly advice ; effort is rewarded with success :)

Teams let people from different clans interact in ways other than warring and flaming. We aren't a bunch of random people massed up, we are a group of low level players who enjoy doing p2p minis. While we all come from different clans, lil guy gives us the chance to meet new friends and teammates we might never have had the chance to meet otherwise because of clan politics.
