I'm not sure what they should do to these kids. I've seen the video and it's brutal. I think the parents should be punished as well.

 

If it was up to me I'd give a life sentence. People like this aren't useful in anyway to society so why have them out in it?

Most of us do stupid things when we're young that we later regret. I know I've done my share. They should get a reasonable punishment and mandatory counseling. The rest is up to the parents.
