Change to how Clan Warfare works

I've now changed the Clan Warfare section to order the topics depending on when the posts were first started. This means that the topics will be in order of when they actually happened, so there's no more bumping old topics over new weekend topics.

Last topic out is the best then, so people can make epic stories of the battle like our fallen warrior `scott.

Nope, it goes in order of when the topic was first created, not by the last post. So old topics will never be bumped over new ones.

Old system worked fine, don't know why there was a need to change it.

So your clan can't constantly post utter rubbish on an aftermath topic just to bump it to the top of the list.
