I think 20v20 is minimum, if both clans agree on a 30v30 for that prep then that is fine. But 20v20 is a prep id say.

No limit tbh. It should be what the clan can pull. Say for example if 2 clans open and only have 25 members on their mls and say 15 attended this it would still be classed as a prep because pretty much 60%+ of their clan is there.
