tl;dr. PvM + GE killed PvP.

 

Fixed.

This, and the new weapons killed it. You see claw rushers, rush and tele to duel and repeat until they're bored. Thats not pking, and BH was a reason for this because when you finished rushing you could walk outside the cave with full spec etc
