It would be good for Tebow to sit behind Manning. He could learn a lot and it would give him time to develop as a pro-style QB. He's already shown that he's a leader and can win in the NFL.

 

He's a team player so you know he wouldn't have a problem sitting behind Manning waiting for his turn.

 

The Broncos probably wouldn't be able to get much in return so they'd be smarter to keep him.

Yeah that would be the perfect scenario for him tbh, but it isn't going to happen. The broncos are looking to trade tebow, probably to the Jacksonville jags or miami dolphins if alex smith chooses not to go there.
