Also for f2p i think team capes should be a rule. makes more sense.

No lol, TLP and MM prep nearly every week and MM usually pulls around the same as TLP (for example we pulled 51 and they pulled 57 last prep). A couple times we have outpulled them 2. I doubt Pure Warfare would allow MM in, and even if they did MM wouldn't sign up because they don't want to lose to eop or foe lol

Those were the original rules (minus team capes). Clans complained about not being able to pull 40. NME was in both brackets but pulled out from the high bracket for...basketball reasons. Those rules won't make more clans compete. When clans start just wanting to have fun then more clans will compete.

mm will compete if it is a 30 defence level cap aka no1 31 def or higher may participate, and only if it is in the wild.
