But what's the point of it? I think sol gives 15% damage and chtaff gives 20%? Please correct me i'm wrong.

It holds 1k of an offensive spell(like 1k ice barrages) along with those stats shown. It's not that good but it has the highest mage def for a staff and saves you 3 invy spaces for preps/minis if u decide to use it. LOOKS SICK AS **** TOO AND TAKES LIKE 20 HOURS TO GET@!@!@!
