2006scape rs06 or whatever

Even if you bring old rs back, it will never be the same, you will never be a kid or an early teen who's lost in such a big and confusing world ever again, it's more about the loss of your childhood rather than the loss of a computer game.

 

It was kinda the noobs which made this game, and now we have all grown up. In 2006scape everyone would just race for 99's as quick as possible etc. if you get my point

Each and every one of us have learned the ins and outs of Runescape, no matter what we do: it will never be the way it was back in 06, we've come to far and learned to much. It sucks, but it's true. We just have the memories of being noobie and stupid in '06+ and that's what we need to cherish because that state of game play won't be coming back.

Still better than current RS.

 

Okay it's not as nostalgic/nooby as we played it in our early teens/single digits but it's still fun and nostalgic and I think it's nice to have a different handle on the game in a recreated prime than we did when we didn't know anything about it when we first started playing in that era.

Would have to agree with this post and Ben. Have the fun of the "good old days" was learning and discovering new things. Now, since we have played this game for so long, those new things aren't as cool... we know it all now. BUT.. there are things that were in the old RS that I would have liked to have done but was too noob to do. From that perspective 06 scape is appealing. The simplicity of the old RS is quite appealing too.

That's true.. we're all older now 18+ mostly and we(i) barely have time to start a new account from scratch on a site that may not guarantee to stay open next year or so.
