Whys it even matter. Pure clans are already teleing from official trips, just go ahead and raise the def req's tbh.

 

I think almost a year ago me and Kumar made our turm accs zerks when we were in Havoc (or, he was planning to I remember) because we had 36defence.

How were we supposed to know 36 def was going to be acceptable. Back then, even 31 def was shunned upon.

I was always against defense whatever it was ... but I can now see why people got it etc etc ... the games more fun if u stay alive for a longer pkri or whatever their reasons, turm bonus whatever. But now im getting turm as well just to have some fun because i just dont give a dam what people think because so many people just ignored it in the first place.

and dont rebut this. idc if u become good after u get 30def. obviously u will become better since pking is super hard cuz ur the worst acc in the wild, and since its a pain in the ass to pk u spend all ur time in clw so u master it.

 

however i don't see how u cant have barrow gloves, and turm, and agile if ur 39 def considering it is super easy to get all 3 since the only thing that made questing a pain in the ass was all the skills u had to train and now all the skills are easy as fk to get. any1 who gets hacked for defence is excused obviously

39 is practicly useless lol but after eoc masters of the addy race will train to 45 def for addy zerker and probably go to 49 def (figuring its 39 def) and thats if any clan decideds to stay open lol

30+ defense was never pure. Tbh 20+ was never even pure in my opinion either. I honestly think clans like EOP started getting 39 just in spite of MM advocating low defense. I mean the first trip I attended with MM in F2P after taking a break for almost a year, a clan that rushed us was literally 100% in addy. Clans are totally indifferent to it anymore. People are probably going to respond to this post saying something along the lines of "2k12 get used to it, EOC coming out soon etc," and the truth of the matter is they'd be 39 defense regardless

 

At the point we're at now, it's not enough for me to prove that low defense pures can still kick your asses. I'd rather clans just got the 1 defense level and wear rune so when MM kills you we can at least make some money from it.
