I don't plan on getting to around those combat levels, 70 is pushing it as I will most likely stick to 45 atk and 31 prayer, at least until EOC comes out (or doesnt, heres hoping) and see what to do from there, whether it be quit or continue.

You'd fit perfect in Activation. Very community based, F2P warring clan. We're 60-85 Combat, so you're close to the middle of our levels. Being more community based than most of the LPCs, you won't be constantly nagged here to get prayer and attack levels. The accounts builds are up to the members.
