What to do with this still pending appeal.

Well i got banned a few years ago and i appealed it that time. But after these few years i wan't to play runescape again and i would like to try it on that banned account.

 

But the weird thing is that my appeal is still pending after a few years..

Do you guys know what i should do or how i can get my account unbanned?

Well i have been perm muted before and that got away. But after that i got this ban, already 2 years so i still hoped that they will take it away once.
