Does pure clanning even

I've barely paid any attention to the goings-on around here for months, but it seems to me that the majority of people, or at least people that mattered when pure clanning was actually popular, have disappeared?

 

This site is about 1/10000 as active as it was for the few years preceding this one and the banlist just got cleared, so a bunch of people it was vowed could never return, are now being asked to help return this sites activity to what it once was? I wouldn't blame this on PW being ****/dead (although around the time all the Fi mods started leaking everyones IP's this place pretty much became a toilet).

 

Looking at aftermath topics, EoP topics used to get at least 200 replies in a day, and thats including about 60% of them being deleted, and now it looks like topics are struggling to get 40 with the majority of the replies being unmoderated flame.

 

Seems to be just everyone finally realised how **** this game was and how dumb this community is overall and packed up and moved on. Just browsed through a few topics and like 90% of the posts are by a bunch of 2k12 Fi guys.

 

so ye, the tl'dr of my question is apart from fi, does any1 else even play this game/care anymore?

 

ps; Props on finally getting back to #1 after 5 years Fi, shame you weren't able to do it until all the ranks of mm/foe/eop stopped giving a ****. You're sorta like that clan that waits until all the good clans have nearly finished their cluster (eop/foe/mm), then runs in at the last second when the fights over and no-one has anyone left, and claimed a win.

also, not trying to get my legitimate topic deleted or get reb&, but why were the two fi mods that got caught leaking ip's, replaced with another mod from fi? seems logical.

 

not that i have anything against skillzy who is a honey, but fi have proven they rly can't handle the responsibility

Skillzy is a good mod, he's unbiased as he can be as mods are expected to be, and pretty much retired from clanning as I know so his position in Fi doesn't affect it.. No mods have access to IP address' anymore anyway.
