There's an ability called Momentum which increases your base damage by 25%(?) for a certain time period, so you can continue training like you do now instead of button mashing like people did in EOC.

Sounds like to me that they may add an option for us to play in the mode that we're playing now, and we can select "EOC" mode if we want to play in the EOC mode.

Still a bit curious as to what the "allowance to continue with the traditional style of combat" entails. Are they planning to simply adjust the old system to make it more compatible with the new, or are they going to create designated servers that give you the option to utilize either EOC or the old system?

would be nice if they seperated current runescape from EoC runescape, like they did for classic. just make it so that no new accounts can be created on current runescape. shame they won't do this though :P
