Ignoring the fact that the matched rankings seemed to get flipped upside down every 2 months (at least in f2p anyway, depends on who is slumping and only has their high levels left), a lot of the clans people are ranking highly, such as Fi and TLP, were both ******* awful at f2p matched until recently in Fi's case, or in TLP's case until about 18 months ago. No doubt TLP have probably been one of the best f2p matched clans in the last year or so, but they had no clue what they were doing before that lol.

 

f2p matched since clan wars first came out

 

1. EoP - Were known as the best f2p matched clan for a very long time until really the end of 2010 when suddenly 90% of pures were 100+ combat and since then we've never really been able to get back on top.

2. MM - We beat you in like 4 consecutive f2p preps over the last few years, mainly because you guys hardly ever did them and didn't seem to give a **** about them, but in 60v60+ preps you were always the clan to beat

3. CP - Never pulled enough to have big preps with anyone, but in 20v20/30v30 f2p preps, always saw them as one of the most difficult clans to war as those 20 or so people just f2p mini'd all day.

4. TLP - Been the best for the best part of 18 months, were really the first clan to become mostly 100+ f2p combat and we pretty much gave up on prepping you guys for quite a while until our levels improved. Woulda been ranked higher but you were pretty bad at f2p matched prior to late 2010.

5. FOE - One week you'd be good and the next week you'd be complete shite, i think it usually depended on whether your gmt or est people were there, but for most of the time i was HC, you were always the clan we tried to get preps with on Friday's because we knew you could pull and we knew we'd probably win.

 

P2P Matched:

 

1. TLP - Didn't lose a round for like 6 months or something, when you guys would start pulling well FOE would seem to beat you guys, but when you were around your normal ~40 or so pull, you seemed pretty unstoppable.

2. FOE - Could probably be #1, probably #1 at 50v50+ p2p fights, dunno.

C/H/IR/Dv/C/Fi/EoP/MM/DP/CPR all been at #3 at some stage, cbf working out who goes where.

Havoc, CPR, TR, & Carnage to an extent have all been better than MM has been matched. MM is probably the least consistent matched clan out there, one minute they 3-0 TLP the next they lose to Hazard.

 

All of the mentioned clans have been in the top 5 matched from opening till closure at any given point of the clan, so it's not "a month with an undefeated prep record"

Well, Hazard 2-1'd them, and we've had 2 preps which both have been a slaughter 3-0, not to mention the PCL events where we've fought you probably a total of 15 rounds, and have lost 1 of those.

you take a prep almost like a fullout and not only hype them up, but take much more importance in them than mm or any hpc does probably due to the fact you only have one weekend trip and have 20vs20s (basically what you could do any day of the week)

 

you can call it inconsitent, but in the end, if mm needs to win a prep, we can at any time

we proved it beating tlp in the pct and all the other large scale wars where we needed to come through

its not an excuse and anyone in mm can tell you that if we have a prep vs anyone other than eop, and foe we dont give a ****, we wont hype it up, we wont put much importance into it

With 6 years of experience you should be easily hold some of the most experienced warrers, the problem lies in your leadership in warring it seems. Blessed in being one of the first major clans open, hindered by leadership
