Help Please!!

My friend got banned in July for botting no flame please. Well one of his old offences expires on the 18th of this month so does anyone think that he will get unbanned or should he just start making a new account now? The offence that expires on the 18th was for real life trading but the only thing holding him back from making new account is that he has 25 mil on the account banned. So if you were him would you just start a new account or what?

Make a new account, if you get unbanned go back to the old one.

He should be unbanned. If not, then it will just remove his black marks/take him out of the red zone.

Use a main for now or something, make a baby pure just to PK on when your bored, Im sure he'll get back to it, it gets boring staying on the same account.
