I know its sloppy and its too smudged in some places and the pics arent the best & ect ect.

 

I was mostly just trying everything out for the first time on Photoshop CS4. I started it out as just a practice project to see what all of the tools do, and I tried to make the best out of it.

 

You can rate, but, be gentle.

 

Questions:

How do I border my image?

How do I rotate my image?

How do I edit my text better?

How do I merge pictures? Just use overlay, which I obviously used a lot and is pretty sloppy..?

How do I make .gifs like my current signatures?

How do I make star splots like in my current signature?

Use an inside stroke to set a border on it.

I'm not sure how to do a solid border, the line too looks like ****, I just use paint to create a solid border.

You can rotate an image using the "transform" option I think?

You can make a .gif with by going to "Window" then checking "Animation". When you're finished, go to File->Save for Web & Devices (I think)
