In order to appeal we ask you to use the following format:

 

[b]Which warn are you appealing?:[/b][b]Why was the warn issued?:[/b][b]Who issued the warn?:[/b][b]Why do you believe it should be removed?:[/b]

 

Simply create a new topic and try to be as descriptive as possible and we will look in the the appeal. All decisions are final.

 

You can only appeal one warn every 30 days, and that warn must be more than 30 days old.
