hi everyone i am currently fumbling around with Sony Vegas Pro 9 (first editing program i have ever used) trying to figure it out and looking around online for some tips etc to make my pk videos at least appealing to others

first off i have a couple of questions

1. i use camtasia to record my videos, what are the best settings to use?

2. when i render my videos i lose quality, how do i prevent this?

any additional information would be very much appreciated!
