the reason tlp doesnt do well in f2p seems to be that they dont place enough emphasis on it. However in a fullout with mandatory sign ups, i would say tlp could pull well, and they already have a level advantage. I doubt there would be much of an organization gap, and with TLP imo pulling more people, and higher levels, i voted TLP.
