i dont know if u can say "burst into the scene" it'd have to be some new unnameable clan, clans we already are familiar with u can tell a rise gradually by how they've been doing

 

i would've named tgg but they closed, can we really say a new clan can be so successful without it having a previous history anymore? it hasnt happened in ever, really don't think i can happen again the way things are

Its true though, the only clan to step up recently was Epidemic and now they're closed, can't see anybody mounting a challenge for the top spots as long as Foe/MM have.

True, around half of Epidemic quit runescape or remained clanless lol. But yeah Dp got a good 15-20 or so. Eop fell pretty quick to.
