Idc how pointless you think this is, Anyways

 

My knees have been hurting like a ***** for about a week now because of track, and I've been iceing and ****...Finally im like **** it and i put icey hot on like once every hour for 5 hours... I forgot I did that and I whacked off and all the sudden my **** starts burning like 5 minutes later and i jumped into the shower and it made it worse, turns out my knees and my **** are steaming red atm still burning but getting better :x I feel no pains in my knees anymore except for the burning :banana:
