Na TLP backed out. It was for PCT. They barely couldn't pull 50, so they called it suicide. Anyways, if this argument is about summoning....I could careless if it's turned on/off. I really don't see a problem with it though. Don't TLP have a bunch of people with summoning? I see loads of them with summoning on during pk run-ins, so I really don't see the problem.

According to tlp's logic, its ok for them to refuse any change to their exact rules they want, but when we don't want like their rules, we're called *******? Negotiation is apart of a declaration, and i think tlp is doing everything they can to get us to decline so they won't have to fight the war and have the bragging rights to say we declined, w/e tho i hope it gets accepted one way or another.
