Changes to the Hitpoints Skill

Today, we have made significant modifications to the Hitpoints skill, the most important of these being that all ?hitpoints? are now multiplied by 10 and renamed ?life points?, and that the name of the actual skill has been changed to Constitution.

Healthpoints

So pointless. You are hitting the exact same ratio, so why change it? Is it possible to hit like 173, since 173/10 = 17.3? Or do the numbers have to end in 0?
