Changes to the Hitpoints Skill

So pointless. You are hitting the exact same ratio, so why change it? Is it possible to hit like 173, since 173/10 = 17.3? Or do the numbers have to end in 0?

They said they have always had decimal hits but now they can show them. Also private servers already have the new hits.

The reason they changed it is so low lvls wone get bord of the game from hittings multiple 3's, but now that low lvls will be hitting 30s they will stay interested.

 

So basiclly the only reason jagex did this was to make more money
