Alright Flash with that theory I am going to get 99 defence and join a pure clan. Your combat level average is huge compared to others considered the amount of people in your clan with defence levels.

Strength: 99

Defence: 40

Constitution: 99

Magic: 99

Prayer: 45

Ranged: 99

 

That comes to 88 combat. A maxed 60 attack pure with 1 defence is level 83 with 52 prayer. A maxed godsword pure with 1 defence is level 87 with 52 prayer.

 

Let's try another shall we?

 

If you have addy daddys like Hella in your clan that are level 100+ then what is wrong with someone with these stats being in a "pure" clan according to your theory?

I think you need to keep the mithril, but at the same time limit it...In the old Pking days the only people who would wear mith their stats would be similar to this Kind of like...80 Attack 99 Str 20 def...

 

So Yeah you should make it no 20 def armor, but allow the people who have 85 / 90+ combat wear it because they would be the few that would wear mith...

 

Now for these 60s-80s wearing mith..You should just make them stop :).

Meh pures are already extinct, True pures are gone, People abide by if there spec fails they should run, I myself am 20def and ive been pking for 4hours today and everytime my opponent fights me he/she simply relys on special, Pretty much the reason im going 45 def eh.. miss zerkers, On topic, Clans do need to drop there mith, as a mithlord myself i only go to pk trips/mini's with mithhelm, I go to f2p mini's in my dagon hai robes for fun, So yeh maybe mith should be limited to ppl 75+ cmb who have trouble with lvl 90+ mains in full rune attacking them.
