Its Cs4 portable..portable just means you can use it on more than 1 computer..like put it on a flash drive to use on another computer but its exactly the same as regular photoshop cs4..so enjoy

Is this a safe link? I know ranga and he's legit to me but being 100% honest there was a phising thing he was partially involved in once without going into detail. So has anyone tried/know this is legit?
