I think this will be on of the biggest wars (in pull) in the "low lvl clan" scene. I think they both will pull 50+. Both clans are around the same age. Imo going to be really close or just an asswhooping for one of the clans. They both can win. But alot of things can happen.

I really do think both clans are horrible and have no honor whatsoever. 100% sure that when this war is over (haven't checked to see if it was declined/accepted yet) there is going to be a huge flame-war in-game and on IRC. Not going to bother voting. (P.S in parenthesis with a colon: Leaders of both these clans are idiots <---- In my opinion)
