New at Sig making - Using GIMP

Hey guys.... I'm Taka.... so yeah.... I was bored in the hospital so I tried my hand at some sig making. I think it looks ok... but I would like to have some tips on what to do to improve with this sig :) also any GIMP brushes and any other things you would suggest for GIMP Thanks :)

I tried to use this brush pack but the picture was very dark that you could barely notice it :\

Not bad for a first try, but the text doesn't seem to fit. It might be cooler if you took the red that was on the strength cape and used it as the text color, might make it all go together a bti better.
