dont really know where to put this...

ok so i got a new computer today(labtop) and i try to connect to my internet and when i try to connect it asks for my network security key , i type in my password for my internet(witch i know is correct) but i get security key mismatch every time... i need help.

 

also side problem...when i go into cmd prompt and try to type ipconfig all i get is this is not an internal or external command.... i tried googleing both of these but i dont really understand what they are saying. so someone please help.

return your labtop and get a laptop instead. that could be your problem.

For the ipconfig issue:

 

 

 

Go to My Computer-> right click-> Properties->Advanced->Environment Variables->System variables and locate "PATH". Add C:\windows\system32 at the end if it is not already there.

 

For your mismatch password of network security key,

 

 

Download Wireless Network Key Recover / Finder

 

 

It will show you the key on there.
