3 Days ago we were approached by Walli for a 3 day f2p matched f2p prep. We gladly accepted with a 20 def cap and corrupts/gravite off. And to make things even more interesting, the 3rd round was to be fought in BH at the maze near members gate. We had no topic and were not notified of this prep by our leaders until 18 hours before kick off, however we still managed to fantastic pull, and although we had to sit 10+ people each round, thanks for the fights FOE.

Round One: Eruption of Pures Attack

After sitting, we walked over and found FOE dd'd in the far northwest corner. Although we were supposed to be attacking this round, and they were dd'd, they rushed us as soon as we appeared on their map. Apparantley the rules were no right clicks, defending team can rush on sight. Despite being attacked unexpectedly, we quickly pushed into FOE, and managed to keep our composure as they were compressed into a corner and cleared, in what was a close round.

We chose to defend the normal spot in middle trees, and to not use our option to "rush defend". FOE rushed us from the inside of the trees, looking to push us out towards the jail. We dropped a few behind early on, and as the round progressed we weren't able to make the comeback, and lost the round.

For this round, Goop finally decided to show up and lead. This round being in pvp obviously took a lot longer to sort out, and caused some confusion. While sitting to FOE's opts, mains attacked our leaders and fallin, however after eventually getting rid of them we headed north for the fight. After spamming nice organization, FOE dd'd inside the inner most wall of the maze, meaning we could not see their dd until we were right up next to them. Due to the number of people from other clans watching, it was difficult to tell from the white dots on the map who had control of this fight. Thinking we had lost it, we pushed one last time to their spot, and to our delight we managed to take it, push FOE out of the maze, and clear the remaining.

@People saying we have a lot of mith - we used to lack mith, and had more 1/10 def then anything, but for a while our only competition was CP, so obviously we needed 20 def to adapt, doubt anyone regrets it either.

 

@FOE - I missed the 2 clan wars rounds sadly, good job both sides though, pvp was fun.
