And, as the video explains, they broke the PCR rules. You could only add 10% of your ML after declaration of a war if you were gonna accept or some ****, which for them was 9 I believe. They added 30, trust me, I had a post of all the members added and links to their applications all accepted after declaration/acceptance of the war.

 

Edit: I die at 2:49, you can see me say "Gf". I was level 63 at the time, and have always had low HP, seems quite impressive now that I look back at it.
