Does it just randomly pop up? Or is it when you open certian stuff?

It's not Nvidia.

 

Why post here if you have no idea? Referring to the second post.

 

It doesn't actually prevent me from doing anything, and it doesn't happen when I open anything. I'll be using any appliance and it'll just pop up. It black screens for around 2 seconds, too.
