This week being the middle of the summer holidays for most, the ranks of Destructive Pures wanted to make it an action pact week. We crammed many events such as Godwars, KBD, Unoffical trips, F2P & P2P Miniwars and 4 Preps. It turned out being one of the most successful weeks in DP's history, going undefeated in all prepwars and only losing 1 round out of them all. ( Not going to post many pictures for each fight because they all add up!)

 

 

We started off the week with a F2P matched Prep vs CH, Duval had made it clear that

(18:05) <@[Ch]Duval> its time for ******* war and (18:08) <@[Ch]Duval> Dp will be done. Unfortunately for him, we performed very well, taking the 3-0 win. Thanks for the fight Choatic.

 

Round 1

 

As we hopped to them, we attacked. We rushed in with a scims out, cleared those who were in the trees and pushed them against the lava making the scatter.

Round 2

 

This time Chaotic attacked. Knowing that a stacked fight would prefer us we DD'd in the most southern corner of the arena. With some great spamming and piling we were able to beat them losing only 4 people.

Round 3

 

After a poor Pkri performance in our previous preps we knew we would have to do better. The fight started off with us getting a few quick Ko's early. As the lead got greater and greater, we decided to stop using ventrilo. We smoothly dropped the remaining CH.

Destructive Pures vs Pures of Today

 

 

Tuesday saw a tougher test. Last time we had a P2P prep vs POT was back in Feb so we didn't really know what to expect. As POT had a fall in next to us we were shocked at their levels. We knew we would have to perform really well in order to beat them. Due to some great calling we were able to take home the 3-0 Win for the second night in a row.

 

Round 1

 

Round 1 was really close, both clans stayed solid on their prefered side until around 25 vs 25. We realised that our West side was getting over powered so a call was made for back up. The clan moved together well and we were able to clear up any remaining pot in that area before knocking the final pot member out of the fight.

Round 2

 

Round 2, we started off slow. POT managed to get a 3 man advantage but we brought it back. After the west side destroying Pot's west we wraped around them with ease.

Round 3

 

With POT losing quiet a few members we had to sit a few people. As the last few people sat pot were quick off the bat to Ko a few of our lower levels but we remained strong winning the last round.

POT's Levels O_o

 

 

 

Due to VH not being able to pull 15 and us having a decent IRC count we decided to try another challange. We asked FOE for a hour prep and they happily accepted. We knew no matter what rules we got it would be hard fight.

Round 1

As we hopped to FOE we got to attack first, as we got nearer to FOE walli warned us that if we got any closer he would rush, so it took a while to get an angle from where we could attack from. After a good 3-4 minutes we pushed into FOE got our scims out and stayed in the trees. After clearing out the trees we then pushed into FOE against the lava finishing off the remainders.

Round 2

 

As FOE rushed in we managed to drop the first 2 piles. We quickly dropped back to where we orginally DD'd and continued to kill those inside of us. As the fight went on FOE kept pushing us south but we moved with them managing to kill those who came too close to us. As FOE seemed to be pulling it back and with DP really low on food it looked like FOE might make a come back. Luckily we held our nerve to take the second round.

Round 3

 

As we hadn't had a PKRI in classic for a while we didn't know what to expect. As FOE rushed everything got really messed. We quickly called a regroup and started killing FOE members left right and center. This by far was DP's best performace of the week losing only 4 people! Gj DP and thanks for the fight FOE

Friday saw another challange, 13th had approached asking for a P2P Prep anddddd we accepted. We knew this would be a hard challange despite MM not being known for their strength in P2P clan wars, so we did not take the lightly. Despite pulling 40ish we had a good day and a HUGE thanks to MM for dropping 30 people. Respect.

 

Round 1

 

Not have warred in classic in P2P for a while we had to look at areas where we could defend. Thankfully our leadership were given advice so we had a rough idea of what to do. Round 1 was by far our best performance despite having a slow start.

Round 2

 

Round 2 was a bit of a shambles. MM put alot of force on our west side leaving them pretty us much dead while our east side struggled to kill MM's last few there. Before the east side could finish the fight was pretty much over and there was no chance back. GJ MM.

Round 3

 

Round 3 was the most intense fight that I've been in for a while. Both clans played really agressive and it got to the point where I couldn't look at my screen anymore. 20 vs 20, 18 vs 18, 15 vs 15 neck and neck the whole fight until we finally got the break through we needed. Finishing off the last of MM our leadership to a huge sign of happiness as we had completed an undefeated week. Mad respect MM, thanks for the amazing fight.

Mini wars

 

DP did not only have a handfull of preps but a LOAD of miniwars. Huge thanks to all the clans who we fought against, as all of them were flame free :). Note lol, we were not undefeated in minis lol.
