You cant take a clan at their peak and compare them against others if they closed. Things change, unless you can go back in time stop epidemic from closing until this very point and judge who is #1... then this topic will be valid.

1) It's a mini war lacks validity if you're going to apply it to weekend trips/wars, but could be #1 F2P minis.

2) They're some of your best members, if you were to have enough people for trips you wouldn't have those people on and the quality shown in the mini would have kind of been watered down.

3) Times change. You might have been #1 back then but it's hard to say that you would now as there's different locations used, different members for every clan, different extraneous factors like clans using their mains.

 

Interesting topic though.

Anyway, my counter arguement would be that - Epidemic and FOE had a full out, and foe won 2-1 right? Well done, gratz gratz etc. HOWEVER. Your levels were FAR greater and numbers were pretty even? Many moons have past, and ex-e members have far greater levels than before, maybe rivaling MM and FOEs levels now. So if the war was to happen now, E may well take it?

These day's there are "30 def pures" :). + You don't know if the loyal members will rejoin , because if they're loyal they'll stick to the clan they're in at this point. Otherwise you can't claim to be loyal for your clan and you aren't showing clan pride towards them.

Yeah true. Epidemic was one big happy family though <3

 

I just see clans pulling 80s at the moment... Epidemic im sure would still be pulling 90+s :laugh:

load of bolocks ever 5 mins a topic popping up saying E owns we da bestest we wud beat every1 wooo wooo pom poms!

 

Simple facts, you lost to plenty of people, your clan become a little bit of a fad for a few weeks, get 20 def under 75cb and see what we can do. Your fad proved to a large extent that def + opts is all f2p is about. Then you got ended and your leadership couldnt hack it so caved in.

 

Only thing i regret about the situation is that Foe was not in the position to shut you down, but thankfully MM was.

 

As for when you teamed with eop, Foe + MM two oldest "pure" clans came out good.

 

So to answer your question you never was #1 then so you wouldnt become #1 now going off a mini with cp.

MM rose to the challenge and beat down E. Foe and eop had their ruckus with either one winning one week ot the next.

E and Eop decided to take out mm, the stupid thing was E posted about it all over the place and you openly said this coming weekend you would be teamed. Therefore i pmed mm and we were prepared, you stuck to your word and in a fight between E and MM on hills eop crashed to team with E, Foe came in to help mm and the rest they say is history.

 

I am a good runescape historian.
