MAC or PC

Ok well I'm probably going to buy a New Computer. Desktop not laptop.

Not entirly sure when i'm going to buy but after I sell my old Comp On Ebay. :dotfire:

 

So I have a Windows but my dad has a Macbook which he bought new.

Not sure which i'm going to choose but wha do you think.

 

I might do a bit of gaming but probably not as much and school work & course work, movies and music and that kinda sort of thing.

 

which would be more better and is more effcient.

With a Mac you're probably going to have to make a partition to play a lot of games, if not all the games you play, since they aren't compatible. It isn't hard, but switching back and forth between operating systems could probably be a bore. As well as the fact that you'll have to purchase an operating system to put onto the partition you make.

 

I suggest going with a PC, especially if that's what you've already been using.

imo, I say Mac. It's great for music, vidding, editing and gaming. I'm trying to save up for one now. If you had a PC and like playing in one spot then go for the PC.

Mac is entirely for business **** like paper work. Mac has some applications that'll make your work easier and to mention no viruses. I personally have a mac but I can't play all these downloadable games unless I pay for it. I never had a pc so yeah I can't judge.

Mac limits you, it's annoying(Specifically with downloads). PC all the way.

Considering you can buy an 8 core Mac, and emulate Windows on your mac I'd go with a mac. If having a windows OS is a necessity to you, you can emulate it. Plus, all major MMORPGs are available on the mac, if you want to play anything else you may as well buy a games console.
